Pre/Postnatal Pilates

Pilates practitioners may continue to take classes. Some benefits of Pre/Postnatal Pilates include:

Prenatal

  • Strengthen your core
  • Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles
  • Prepare for easier labor and delivery
  • Decrease discomfort due to muscular and skeletal imbalances
  • Quicker bounce back after delivery

Postnatal

  • Ease back in without fatiguing your muscles 
  • Help discover & deal with diastatis recti
  • Strengthen your pelvic floor. 
  • Bring your body back to balance and alignment
  • Reconnect with your body after baby
