24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE
Our cancellation policy for all appointments and classes is 24 hours. If you do not cancel within the designated time frame you will be charged for the full amount of your session.
We offer standing appointments upon request. All individuals with standing appointments must keep a valid credit card on file. If you do not cancel within the designated time frame you will be charged for the full amount of your session.
If the class you want is full you may put yourself on the waitlist. You will receive an email notifying your addition to the class. You are responsible for checking your email prior to the class. If you are added to the class and do not show up you will be charged. You may not be registered for a class and waitlisted for another class at the same time.
Please wear something you can move easily in. Socks are required! We recommend grip socks. If you do not have them you may purchase them at our studio. Avoid wearing zippered pants as they damage our equipment. Please do not apply heavy perfume or lotions prior to your appointment.
