Camp Pilates Project is a one-week camp for young girls ages 10-13. The focus is empowerment and growth through movement and mindfulness.
Each afternoon, bend, stretch, twist and roll through a fun Pilates workout. Then dig deep into different topics such as navigating friendships, saving the planet, finding your style, creativity, and leadership.
The daily Pilates Class will be led by Pilates Project Owner and Senior Teacher Sandi Vilacoba. Daily topics will be led by experts including Meredith O Brien, Project Write Now writing teacher Lisa Hartsgrove Goop Sustainability Blogger Andrea Arria Devoe, Style Expert Sarah Reinertsen and more.
