Private sessions are all about your body — tailored to your fitness level with your specific goals in mind. Your instructor will guide you through a 50-minute workout using Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, chairs, barrels, and mat. The spring resistance and tactical feedback of the apparatus gives you muscle tone, core strength, increased flexibility, and better posture.
Beginners must complete introductory sessions or have instructor permission before joining a semi-private or group class.
Duet introductory packages are available for those who would like to work out with a friend.
