If you are new to Pilates or our studio, our introductory package is the ideal way to get started.
All of our Introductory Packages are tailored to your personal fitness level. Your beginning workouts will give you a feel for the Pilates Method and build a solid foundation for your practice. Learning to move from your center and moving with control are the main focuses in the beginner sessions. Beginners are strongly encouraged to complete the introductory package before going into a semi-private or group class.
