At the Pilates Project:
We want to help you get strong. Not by lifting heavy weights or doing hundreds of planks and squats but by teaching you how to strengthen your muscles from the inside out.
We teach you to use your powerhouse, a word coined by Joseph Pilates to describe an action of many muscles including deep low abdominals, glutes, upper back, inner thighs, and triceps. Once you find these muscles, you will a strength you didn’t know was possible.
We believe that personalized instruction is the key to achieving your best pilates body. We teach private and small group sessions only.
Your teacher will always know your name, whether you have an injury, and your fitness goals.
The Pilates Project is the place to learn the method that Joe Pilates created.
All of our instructors are second,and third generation teachers in the lineage of Joe Pilates and his protege, Romana Kryzanowska. They have hundreds of hours of expertise, and can tweak your form at the drop of a hat.
