Whether you’re new to Pilates or to our studio, we recommend starting with our Introductory Package: 4 Private Sessions for $295
If you are a beginner your first few sessions will be private ones!
Here’s why:
We want you to get results. Your Pilates success is determined by how correctly you perform the exercises. Core activation, correct alignment, and moving from your center are not always intuitive and often require an extra set of eyes and instruction. Our experienced teachers will guide you through the exercises and offer corrections, modifications, or advancements as needed.
Safety is key. Pilates equipment can be dangerous if not handled properly. In your 1:1 session your instructor will teach you how to get on and off the equipment and how to safely handle the springs, straps, bars and pedal.
Pilates is personalized. We want to create an exercise program just for you. Our intro sessions are the perfect way to get to know your body and fitness goals.

After completing your intro pack we will design a program for you based on your fitness goals and budget. You can continue with private sessions, move to small group class or do a combination of both.

Yes. We offer duet sessions for people who want to work out together. Our duet intro pack of 4 private sessions for $175 per person.

This is not recommended. The Megaformer workout is much different than traditional Pilates in terms of the apparatus, the exercises, and the philosophy.

Wear something comfortable that is easy to move in. Stay away from super baggy clothes so we can see your form. Loose shorts are not recommended. If you have long hair please put it back so it does not interfere with the equipment. Socks are required- we recommend grip socks and sell them at the studio.
