Michelle Olson
Teaching Style: Encouraging. Challenging, Approachable.
Michelle is a lifelong athlete having studied the Cecchetti method of Classical Ballet from a very young age. She loves Pilates (especially the Wunda Chair) because it works your muscles in ways that feel both challenging and intuitive. In her free time she enjoys biking, yoga and playing at the beach with her husband, two children and two dogs.
Michelle received her 600 hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2018 through Real Pilates NYC.
